The key to good lingerie is its ability to flatter all women, so recognize your strengths and your weaknesses and choose lingerie according to what will enhance those strengths while simultaneously downplaying any weak spots. For example, if you have a bit of a tummy from childbirth, it may make you more comfortable to wear a teddy or corselette versus a bra and panty set.

Lingerie is for the young and for the young at heart, so go ahead and buy that silk gown and let it wrap you in sensuality. There is absolutely nothing more sensual or sexy than a woman in flowing silk. Just remember to always allow yourself to be comfortable in whatever mature lingerie choices you make.
