Lingerie is only for the young and beautiful! That’s great, in theory, but not exactly accurate. Every woman, even those who are over sixty, should enjoy the sensuality that lingerie can bring. Well, mature lingerie certainly isn’t the grown up version of the regular variety. What Does Age have to do with it?

Everywhere a woman looks, it is the young and beautiful wearing lingerie. What seems to be missing in the media, today, is the simple recognition that a woman is beautiful at any age. Men don’t suddenly toss out their bikinis at age fifty and start wearing tidy whities. Frankly, women shouldn’t either.

What should happen, instead, is an evolution into more mature lingerie choices. For example, if you have a bit of a tummy from childbirth, it may make you more comfortable to wear a teddy or corselette versus a bra and panty set.

Lingerie is for the young and for the young at heart, so go ahead and buy that silk gown and let it wrap you in sensuality. There is absolutely nothing more sensual or sexy than a woman in flowing silk. Just remember to always allow yourself to be comfortable in whatever mature lingerie choices you make.
